Friendly staff, especially the manager Evis Zyka who gave us a warm welcome and great introduction on the hotel and the city. Private parking at the hotel is available and we could load our electric car. Clean rooms with all amenities, good beds and pillows. Fine dining in hotel restaurant. Great location on the edge of the old town. It’s a twenty minute walk to the UNESCO World Heritage Site XX century industrial city of Olivetti. Book a guided tour to also see the inside of some of the buildings.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in all areas. We arrived very wet on our motorcycles, and the check-in staff were very efficient in allocating our rooms and explaining the parking, allowing to us to change into dry clothes very quickly. Both the evening meal and breakfast were of a very high standard, both in regard to their menu and the staff. We would not hesitate at all to thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.

This is a first class hotel. The highly professional staff provided service at a level you would only expect at the most expensive of luxury hotels, yet the price was quite reasonable. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, elegantly served, real espresso drinks (not self serve from an automatic machine) with an excellent choice of foods. We will return!

Helpful friendly staff, excellent location close to old centre of city. Excellent parking with undercover parking available. Very good breakfast and restaurant for dinner also good. Comfortable spacious room and excellent bathroom.

Walkable to historic center was nice. A grocery store across the street was convenient. Very nice and modern hotel. Good air conditioning.
