Close to the city centre, very kind and professional staff, great cocktails on site, very clean rooms and convenient electric charging station available. Luca at the reception was so helpful when I was looking for recommendations for a hairdresser and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Exceptional hospitality. We also got to discover Ivrea thanks to this hotel and we are always thinking of coming back.

What a find this was! We were staying for a one night stopover and wished we stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was great from start to finish, all staff were attentive from reception to waitress and bar staff, the food was gorgeous. Plus, Ivrea itself, what a gem of a town to walk around. We only had an hour or two in the morning but would have loved to stay longer - in 3T. A very comfortable room a very short distance from the centre. Thank you.

Friendly staff, especially the manager Evis Zyka who gave us a warm welcome and great introduction on the hotel and the city. Private parking at the hotel is available and we could load our electric car. Clean rooms with all amenities, good beds and pillows. Fine dining in hotel restaurant. Great location on the edge of the old town. It’s a twenty minute walk to the UNESCO World Heritage Site XX century industrial city of Olivetti. Book a guided tour to also see the inside of some of the buildings.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in all areas. We arrived very wet on our motorcycles, and the check-in staff were very efficient in allocating our rooms and explaining the parking, allowing to us to change into dry clothes very quickly. Both the evening meal and breakfast were of a very high standard, both in regard to their menu and the staff. We would not hesitate at all to thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.

Nice hotel with quick efficient check in. Onsite parking. Room was very clean and good organization for unpacking. Coffee and expresso machine in the room; loved and really appreciated the porcelain expresso cups! A small thing but so much nicer to drink from! Breakfast was good. Complimentary champagne upon arrival!

This is a first class hotel. The highly professional staff provided service at a level you would only expect at the most expensive of luxury hotels, yet the price was quite reasonable. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, elegantly served, real espresso drinks (not self serve from an automatic machine) with an excellent choice of foods. We will return!

Modern hotel, located in the city of Ivrea, just a short walk from the city centre, and right next to a very useful Lidl. Staff were super friendly - gave us a room upgrade. Secure parking on the premises (€10/day). Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
